Experience:

Mr. Carter has had extensive electrical engineering experience his 36-year engineering career. He has prepared construction documents for hundreds of electrical engineering systems, which included the design of lighting, power, telecommunications and fire alarm systems for new building construction and for building renovations.  Prior to joining

Concord Project Consulting in 2007 as a Principal, and Vice President, Mr. Carter had previous career experiences listed below:
•           Project manager and electrical discipline leader at a 50-person Atlanta engineering firm.
•           Associate and project engineer at a 300-person architectural and engineering firm.

In addition to the general experience gained on typical construction projects, Mr. Carter’s expertise includes central plant power distribution, backup power generation, UPS systems, surge suppression, telecommunications, and energy management.  Mr. Carter has also performed studies of projects for Value Engineering and Life Safety Code reviews.
